Today, I set sail on a voyage to rid the world of Socialism.  A voyage of hope.  A voyage of freedom.  My enemies are plentiful and powerful, but I feel no fear.  Only a deep-seated, cold and quiet fury.  The rage burns deep in my gut and only the blood of the oppressors can douse those flames.

We cast off without issue.  Leaving port, the men were all in high spirits, undaunted by the seemingly insurmountable odds we face.  I'll enjoy that while it lasts.  They'll be sure to consider mutiny and desertion long before the battle is won.  To keep they're mind-set positive, I've planned several easy raids to be carried out before we reach more dangerous waters.  I can only hope those early victories will carry them through to the decisive point of our campaign.

I close my first entry for this voyage with an inspirational quote.

"Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road maybe; for without victory, there is no survival."

--Winston Churchill--
